1. Storage of personal data

1.1 We store the following personal data on the occasion of an order, a purchase or the transmission of a donation: Name, first name, complete postal address, e-mail address and telephone number, insofar as they are transmitted to us by the user.

1.2 When registering for the newsletter or opening a user account on one of our websites, we store the following data: Surname, first name, full postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth (if these data are provided by the user).

2 Processing of personal data

2.1 The storage of surname, first name, full postal address, e-mail address and telephone number serves to,

2.1.1 to provide the agreed service, namely the delivery of the purchased goods.

2.1.2 to contact the customer in the course of processing his order (e.g. because of undeliverable items, returns due to a change of address, problems with payment) or to specify or improve the services to be provided or the use of a bank transfer.

2.1.3 to inform you by e-mail (newsletter) about products or promotions, special offers and news related to our products and services.

2.2 Under no circumstances will the addresses of customers, donors or users of our services be sold or passed on to third parties. Exceptions concern direct deliveries from business partners.

3 Right of access to personal data

3.1 Every customer, donor or user of our services has the right to information about the data stored about him or her.

3.2 We do not provide any information about personal data to third parties, with the exception of the following cases:

3.2.1 to parents of minors regarding the data of the latter (upon presentation of a document proving parenthood),

3.2.2 to persons who send an order to a third party, regarding the data of the gift recipient,

3.2.3 to any other person about third parties for whom they have a power of attorney for care, such as guardianship (upon presentation of the power of attorney or the decision of the social or judicial administration).
